Inttl Advocare Expands to Chennai to Strengthen IP Services

Intellectual property law firm Inttl Advocare has announced the opening of a new office in Chennai, marking a significant expansion in its service capabilities across India. The Chennai office will be spearheaded by Charu Shukla, whose expertise in IP litigation, prosecution, transactions, and advisory will be instrumental in establishing the firm’s presence in the region.

Reflecting on this development, Hemant Singh, Founder & Managing Partner, and Mamta Jha, Co-Managing Partner, released a joint statement: “The Southern region is crucial to India’s intellectual property framework. With specialized Intellectual Property Divisions (IPDs) in key cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, and Madras, it was essential for us to establish a robust presence in Chennai. Although we have been managing matters in the region for some time, the increasing demand from our clients necessitated a dedicated on-ground office. With this new Chennai office, our second in South India following Bengaluru, we aim to further solidify the trust our clients place in us by providing timely and exceptional service.”

This expansion marks Inttl Advocare’s third major growth initiative within a year, following the expansion of their Delhi office and the launch of their Kolkata office earlier in 2026. With this strategic move, Inttl Advocare now operates out of five major cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Chennai. This expansion aligns with the firm’s vision of creating a comprehensive pan-India network that meets the evolving needs of its clientele.
