Cyrix Healthcare Private Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of the MedTech Solutions division from Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Limited. The esteemed legal firm, JSA Advocates and Solicitors, played a pivotal role in advising Cyrix on this significant transaction.
