Jyoti Dastidar Joins AQUILAW as Partner in New Delhi

Jyoti Dastidar has recently joined AQUILAW as a partner, enhancing their litigation practice at the New Delhi office. Dastidar, a 2009 alumna of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, brings an extensive legal background to her new role.

With nearly 17 years of experience, Dastidar has established herself as an Advocate-on-Record, proficient in a wide array of legal areas including civil and constitutional litigation, commercial disputes, writ petitions, environmental litigation, white-collar crime, employment disputes, arbitration, and mediation. She is known for her frequent appearances before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, tribunals, and Special Courts.

Her practice is particularly noted for its focus on complex and high-stakes disputes, especially those involving the Supreme Court of India, where she provides strategic dispute advisory services. Before her current role at AQUILAW, Dastidar operated her own independent Supreme Court AOR practice and was a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas until 2024. Her previous experience also includes roles at Dua Associates, MNK Law Offices, and Kanth & Associates.
