Heading the firm as the Founding and Managing Partner, Neeha Nagpal is joined by Partner Vishvendra Tomar. She has also been involved in landmark cases like the Bhopal Gas Tragedy curative petition, the 2G license cancellation and Presidential reference, and challenges to the Competition Commission of India’s penalties before the Supreme Court. Moreover, she has played a pivotal role in significant Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings involving giants like Bhushan Power and Steel and Ansal Properties and Infrastructure.
Vishvendra Tomar, known for his expertise in PMLA defense and corporate-criminal litigation, adds considerable depth to the firm’s offerings. His proficiency extends to bank fraud, environmental law, international arbitration, and insolvency, with notable achievements in electricity tariff and trading disputes. Tomar has been instrumental in landmark judgments regarding the constitutional validity of provisions in the Companies Act, 2013, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. He has also successfully contested the Reserve Bank of India’s Master Directions on Frauds and Wilful Defaulters.
