Palo Alto Networks Acquires AI Innovator Portkey

Palo Alto Networks, a renowned global cybersecurity firm, has successfully acquired Portkey, Inc., a company at the forefront of AI Gateway technology. This strategic acquisition is set to enhance Palo Alto Networks’ capabilities, particularly within its Prisma AIRSTM platform, by integrating Portkey’s technology to better secure and manage autonomous AI agents.

The acquisition saw the collaboration of several high-profile law firms. CMS INDUSLAW provided crucial advice to Portkey on aspects pertaining to Indian law. The corporate team from CMS INDUSLAW included Partner Saurav Kumar, Senior Associate Ayusha Choudhury, Associate Aryan Dhingra, and Associate Vartika Jain. Founding and Senior Partner Gaurav Dani offered strategic insights and oversight throughout the deal.
