Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has successfully acquired a significant 60% stake in Dermatouch, valuing the enterprise at ₹387.5 crore. The acquisition marks a strategic expansion in Wipro’s consumer care portfolio, focusing on dermatology-backed skincare solutions.
