Nitin Saluja Enhances Real Estate Expertise at Saraf and Partners

Saraf and Partners has bolstered its Real Estate practice by appointing Nitin Saluja as a Partner at their Delhi office. Saluja, an alumnus of the University of Lucknow (2015), brings a wealth of experience in advising private equity funds, developers, financial institutions, and multinational corporations on intricate real estate transactions and advisory services.

With a broad spectrum of expertise, Saluja has managed commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and institutional assets, as well as special economic zones. His proficiency extends to handling acquisitions, investments, debt financing, leasing, and joint development, among other real estate dealings encompassing operating assets and development-stage projects.

His comprehensive practice also covers conducting sophisticated title and project due diligence, advising on real estate regulatory and structuring issues, including compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), and navigating stamp duty and registration laws. Notably, he has also been involved in advising on emerging real estate asset types like co-working and co-living spaces.

Saluja transitions from AZB & Partners, where he commenced his career as an Associate in 2015 and ascended to the role of Partner.
