Rajendra Dangwal Embarks on Independent Legal Practice

Rajendra Dangwal, formerly with Trilegal, is set to launch his own independent legal practice, focusing on commercial disputes and writ proceedings. With a solid legal foundation as a 2017 graduate from National Law University, Jodhpur, Dangwal brings extensive expertise to his new venture.

Dangwal began his career working under the mentorship of Senior Advocate Zoheb Hossain, where he honed his skills in constitutional law. During this period, he contributed significantly to prominent constitutional cases, including the landmark Right to Privacy case and the Aadhaar challenge, gaining valuable experience in matters of national importance.

At Trilegal, Dangwal expanded his repertoire to cover commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on disputes related to construction and infrastructure, shareholder disagreements, employment disputes, and investigative proceedings. His role also involved handling writ proceedings, providing him with a well-rounded litigation profile.

In his new independent practice, Dangwal aims to specialize in several key areas: corporate commercial and contractual disputes; construction, infrastructure, and real estate litigation; employment and service-related issues; and sector-specific regulatory disputes, particularly in the telecom, insurance, and aviation industries.

This transition marks a new chapter for Dangwal as he leverages his extensive experience to offer specialized legal services tailored to the needs of his clients. His practice is poised to address complex legal challenges across various sectors, reinforcing his reputation as an adept legal professional.
