Solinas Integrity Private Limited has successfully secured $5.5 million in a Series A1 funding round. This financial boost was spearheaded by Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures and co-led by Mela Ventures, with additional contributions from Luthra Group and existing investors.
In this pivotal transaction, Sequitur Advocates & Legal Consultants served as the exclusive legal advisor to Solinas Integrity and its founders. The law firm played a crucial role in structuring the deal, as well as drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the comprehensive transaction documentation. The legal team was headed by Managing Partner Utpal Kant, with support from Associate Siddhant Bhardwaj.
Solinas Integrity, a company incubated by IIT Madras, operates in the climate deep-tech and robotics sector. Founded by Divanshu Kumar and Moinak Banerjee, Solinas specializes in developing robotics and AI-driven solutions for the inspection, cleaning, and management of underground water and wastewater infrastructure. Their innovative technologies are already operational in over 35 cities and 15 states across India, with efforts underway to extend their reach internationally.
The newly acquired funds are earmarked for expanding Solinas’ operations within India and enhancing their global presence, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Additionally, the capital will facilitate the advancement of the company’s next-generation robotic inspection, cleaning, and AI-powered asset management technologies.
