Job Description
Mr. Shivam Goel’s office, located in Greater Kailash-I (GK-1), South Delhi, is inviting applications for the role of Associate to join his esteemed litigation practice. The office is renowned for its regular appearances before the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and various district courts. The core areas of practice include civil litigation, commercial disputes, and arbitration matters.
This position offers a unique opportunity for young litigators to gain significant exposure to varied and challenging legal matters. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong drafting and research capabilities and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic litigation environment. A minimum commitment of one year is expected from the selected candidate.
