JMRK Legal Associates, a prominent law firm, is actively recruiting Advocates across various levels for their office in New Delhi. The firm is seeking to fill 7 to 10 positions with individuals who possess a strong legal background and a commitment to excellence in the field of law.
Available Positions
The firm is offering openings for Junior, Middle, and Senior level Advocates. The specific requirements for each level are outlined below:
Senior Level Advocates
Prospective candidates must hold a law degree from a prestigious Indian law school, coupled with at least 15 years of experience in litigation. This includes handling cases in courts, tribunals, and other quasi-judicial forums, along with providing advisory services. Candidates should be well-versed in civil and criminal legal procedures, possess excellent court craft, and have strong skills in legal research, analysis, and drafting. Leadership capabilities, along with superior communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. Responsibilities include representing clients in complex litigation, ensuring procedural compliance, and providing strategic legal advice across various domains. They will also manage and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and effective case management.
Middle Level Advocates
Applicants should have a law degree from an accredited law college in India and 5-10 years of post-qualification experience. They must demonstrate knowledge of legal principles and procedures, along with proficiency in legal research and drafting. Candidates should be able to mentor junior colleagues and assist senior professionals within a team environment. Responsibilities include assisting in court appearances, conducting legal research, preparing briefs, and managing cases with minimal supervision.
Junior Level Advocates
For this level, candidates need a law degree from a recognized law institution in India, with up to 5 years of relevant experience. A solid academic record and foundational understanding of legal principles are required. Candidates should exhibit strong research and analytical skills and be self-motivated to support senior team members. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing case briefs, assisting in drafting, and managing documentation and filings.
