Shubneet Panjete has taken up the role of Partner in the Intellectual Property (IP) division at Kochhar & Co, stationed in the firm’s Gurgaon office. With nearly two decades of experience in the IP sector, Panjete is a seasoned professional renowned for her expertise in trademark strategy, brand protection, and handling complex trademark disputes.
Panjete, an alumna of Symbiosis Law School in Pune, graduating in 2008, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Kochhar & Co’s IP practice. Her background encompasses advising both domestic and international clients on a variety of trademark-related issues, including prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, enforcement, and comprehensive portfolio management across diverse industries.
Before her current appointment, Panjete dedicated her career to Rahul Chaudhry & Partners, where she honed her skills and built a robust foundation in intellectual property law. Her transition to Kochhar & Co marks a significant step in her professional journey, with the firm expressing enthusiasm about her joining.
