A prominent mid-sized law firm situated in South Delhi is currently on the lookout for a qualified Senior Associate/Associate to join their dynamic team. This opportunity is available for one to two candidates possessing 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold an LL.B. degree and have gained 2–5 years of experience in the legal field. The firm is in search of individuals who are not only dedicated and self-motivated but also possess strong drafting, research, analytical, and advocacy skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with expertise in handling cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) are given preference. Experience with appearances before judicial bodies such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is highly desirable.
Remuneration
The firm offers a competitive salary package ranging from ₹3 – 5 Lakhs per annum, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
