Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be entrusted with substantial responsibilities in managing a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters. The role demands:

  • Drafting, settling, and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, applications, and legal notices.
  • Conducting thorough legal research to aid in crafting litigation strategies across various practice areas.
  • Assisting senior advocates and Senior Counsel in diverse judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
  • Representing clients in courts, tribunals, and before arbitral and other adjudicatory authorities, in alignment with experience levels.
  • Coordinating effectively with clients, instructing advocates, and counsel to ensure seamless case management.
  • Collaborating with the broader litigation team to manage cases efficiently.

Compensation and Application Process

Remuneration: The firm offers a competitive annual salary ranging from ₹30 to ₹36 Lakhs.
