This investment will be executed through the subscription to compulsory convertible debentures, marking a substantial step in the group’s sustainable energy ventures.
Renowned law firm Trilegal has played a pivotal role in advising Motilal Oswal Alternates and various other entities within the MO Group on this high-value transaction. The legal team from Trilegal was spearheaded by Partners Kunal Chandra, Joseph Jimmy, Richa Choudhary, Swathy Pisharody, and Maitreya Rajurkar.
