In a significant financial development, JBM Ecolife Mobility Private Limited has secured a substantial investment totaling ₹750 crore from Motilal Oswal Alternates. This investment is structured as a hybrid of debt and equity-linked securities, providing a robust financial foundation for the electric bus platform.

Renowned law firm Trilegal played a pivotal role in advising JBM Auto Limited during this transaction. The intricate legal framework was navigated by a team of experts from Trilegal, ensuring a seamless process.

Corporate and Debt Advisory Teams

The Corporate Advisory Team was spearheaded by Partners Vaibhav Kothari and Tanya Nanda, with support from Senior Associate Mayank Jain and Associate Parinishtha Ganz. Simultaneously, the Debt Advisory Team was led by Partner Vidhi Sarin alongside Partner Vaibhav Kothari, with contributions from Counsel Nishtha Gupta and Associate Kunal Tewari.

Projects and Due Diligence Teams
