Sona Comstar has announced a significant strategic alliance with Japan’s DENSO Corporation. This partnership aims to create two joint ventures dedicated to the innovation and production of cutting-edge electric and hybrid powertrain systems. These systems will cater to vehicles ranging from two-wheelers to larger automotive applications.
The legal advisory for this transformative partnership is being provided by Trilegal, a prominent law firm.
