TT&A and CMS IndusLaw Counsel on Nua's $50 Million Series C Fundraising

Lagom Labs Private Limited, known in the market as Nua, has successfully secured $50 million during its Series C fundraising round. This investment was co-led by Peak XV Partners and Filter Capital India, marking a pivotal moment in Nua’s expansion strategy.

The legal advisory for Peak XV Partners Growth Investments IV was provided by TT&A. The expert team from TT&A included Sachin Mehta (Partner), Nikhil Bahl (Partner), Garvita Mehrotra (Managing Associate), alongside Associates Dakshita Arora and Eshani Agarwal, and Ruchi Tripathi, who served as the Company Secretary.

On the other side, Filter Capital India received counsel from CMS IndusLaw. The transaction team here was led by Aakash Dasgupta (Partner) and supported by Ravin Abhyankar, Anshul Bhuwalka, Chandresh Goyal, all Senior Associates, and Samriddhi Kabra, an Associate. The Corporate Secretarial team was composed of Ruhi Jain (Executive Director), Chetna Agarwal (Assistant Manager), and Fhareen Khan (Executive).
