Yubi has announced the promotion of Himanshi Ranjan from Associate Vice President to Director of Legal. Ranjan, an alumna of ILS Law College, Pune, graduated in 2016. She brings with her a wealth of experience, boasting a decade-long career as an in-house legal expert.
Ranjan’s professional journey has equipped her with extensive knowledge in legal advisory, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Her tenure at Yubi spans four years, during which she has made significant contributions to the company’s legal framework. Before joining Yubi, she held positions at ICICI Bank and Indiabulls Housing Finance, where she honed her skills in financial legal matters.
In her new capacity as Director of Legal, Ranjan will spearhead Yubi’s legal initiatives. Her responsibilities will include enhancing legal governance and supporting business operations by implementing effective legal and regulatory strategies.
