QNu Labs Private Limited, a leader in quantum cryptography and communication solutions, has successfully secured ₹200 crore through a Series A1 funding round. This investment was spearheaded by the National Quantum Mission and Speciale Invest, with additional contributions from Sony Innovation Fund, Gaja Capital, Artha Ventures, and other investors.
GameChanger Law Advisors played a pivotal role, representing Speciale Invest in this significant financial venture. The firm was instrumental in structuring the deal, as well as reviewing and negotiating the transaction documents. The legal team was led by Samheeta Rao, a Senior Partner, alongside Associate Sanjana Rao.
The funds acquired will be utilized by QNu Labs to enhance their research and development efforts, as well as to expand their sales and marketing operations both within India and internationally. This marks a significant step forward in their mission to advance their quantum cryptography and encryption technologies.
