Dua Associates Announces 2026 Partner Promotions
Dua Associates has unveiled its annual promotions for 2026, advancing seven Principal Associates to the esteemed position of Non-Equity Partners. In addition, the firm has promoted 19 lawyers at the associate level. The newly appointed Partners are:

- Raghavendra Ross Divakar
- Mohit Sharma
- Shreema Sarkar
- Kapil Saxena
- Bhaskar Mishra
- Lisha K. T.
Further strengthening its team, Dua Associates has also appointed ten new Principal Associates and nine new Senior Associates. These promotions span across the firm’s eight offices, with the promoted individuals continuing to specialize in their respective practice areas, including Dispute Resolution – Litigation & Arbitration, Corporate Law, M&A, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Real Estate Law, and Intellectual Property Rights.

With these recent promotions, the total number of Partners at Dua Associates has reached 86. Additionally, the firm welcomes back Rudra Srivastava as a Partner in the Corporate practice area.
