Strategic Growth and Client Engagement
In her new capacity, Sen will be at the forefront of driving NLA’s growth strategy. Her focus will be on enhancing client engagement, deepening industry ties, and broadening the firm’s influence across essential markets and sectors. Dr. Kanika Arora, Founder and Managing Partner of Nirka Law Advisory, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “Pramita’s appointment is a testament to our ongoing investment in cultivating a firm that not only excels in legal services but also delivers strategic value to our clients.”
Dr. Arora emphasized that Sen’s extensive background in business development and strategy would be instrumental in bolstering relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. She added, “As we expand our footprint in the infrastructure, construction, and energy sectors, we are committed to maintaining a practice that is closely aligned with the industries we serve and the evolving needs of our clients.”
Looking Ahead
Sen herself expressed excitement about her new role at NLA, highlighting the firm’s reputation for providing sector-specific and commercially focused legal advice. She remarked, “I am thrilled to join Nirka Law Advisory at such an opportune time for growth. As businesses in infrastructure, construction, and energy encounter increasingly complex challenges, there’s a heightened need for advisors who grasp both the legal and business aspects of decision-making. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s next growth phase and enhancing our client engagement in these sectors.”
As part of its ongoing expansion efforts, NLA has also announced the addition of Shrishti Ramchandani and Dishti Sharma as Senior Associates.
