Veteran Legal Strategist Sachin Sharma Joins Hero Realty
Sachin Sharma has been named the Chief Legal Advisor at Hero Realty, marking a significant addition to the company’s executive team. Sharma, an alumnus of the University of Delhi, brings over 22 years of rich post-qualification experience in the legal field. His extensive expertise spans litigation strategy, insolvency resolution, structured finance, real estate dealings, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
Sharma is recognized for his pragmatic, solution-focused approach to high-stakes legal challenges. His career highlights include successfully leading the RERA registration for numerous projects across various states, executing complex lease rental discounting transactions, and orchestrating legal frameworks for substantial institutional funding arrangements.
Before his current role at Hero Realty, Sharma served as the senior-most legal advisor at Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. During his tenure there, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s legal, regulatory, and dispute management affairs. Now at Hero Realty, Sharma is entrusted with providing strategic legal counsel to the leadership team, managing pivotal litigation and regulatory issues, and enhancing the organization’s governance and transaction frameworks.
