Dutta’s academic credentials include a degree from the University of Calcutta and an MBA from Chang Gung University in Taiwan. Her professional journey spans over a decade, primarily with a prestigious intellectual property law firm in Taiwan. During her career, she has advised a range of multinational corporations and investors, offering legal and regulatory guidance on cross-border matters in prominent Asian markets such as Taiwan, Japan, China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Her legal practice focuses on providing corporate advisory services, navigating labor and employment laws, managing intellectual property issues, and facilitating foreign investments. Dutta is particularly skilled in assisting multinational enterprises and international investors with the intricacies of legal, regulatory, and commercial landscapes across various jurisdictions. Her role with the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA) has further enriched her experience, particularly in the manufacturing, electronics, and technology sectors.
