An alumna of the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, Chawda has been involved in high-profile disputes and arbitration cases across various jurisdictions. She is known for her strategic litigation advice, risk mitigation techniques, and proactive dispute avoidance strategies. Her approach is marked by a unique blend of dispute resolution skills and commercial contract advisory, aiding clients in navigating both contentious legal proceedings and essential business transactions.
Chawda frequently represents clients in the Supreme Court, High Courts, and other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies across India.
