Role Overview
RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm is looking for a Patent Attorney to join their expanding Patent Practice under the Intellectual Property division. The successful candidate will provide top-notch patent drafting, prosecution, and advisory services to a range of clients, including start-ups, research institutions, and both domestic and international corporations.
Key Requirements
- Post-graduate qualification (M.Sc., M.Tech, M.E.) in a technical discipline relevant to the role.
- Must be registered as a Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office, having successfully passed the Patent Agent Examination.
- 0-2 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution post-qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of the Patents Act, 1970, and the Patents Rules.
- Excellent technical understanding, drafting skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
Compensation
