Dentons Link Legal has bolstered its Competition and Antitrust practice by welcoming Arjun Nihal Singh as a Partner in its New Delhi office. Singh, a distinguished alumnus of Amity Law School, Delhi, graduating in 2014, brings over a decade of expertise to the firm. His extensive experience encompasses advising both domestic and international corporations, industry associations, private equity funds, and public sector entities on intricate competition law issues.

Singh’s practice is comprehensive, covering antitrust investigations, including abuse of dominance and cartel probes, merger control, and competition litigation before India’s Constitutional Courts. Additionally, he provides strategic regulatory advisory services and is known for his guidance on competition compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies.

Regularly appearing before prestigious forums such as the Supreme Court of India, the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and various High Courts, Singh represents clients across diverse sectors. These range from automotive, shipping, and pharmaceuticals to technology, e-commerce, manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, logistics, power and energy, and financial services.

Before joining Dentons Link Legal, Singh had a notable career spanning over 14 years at Luthra and Luthra, where he began as a legal intern and rose to the position of Partner. His transition to Dentons Link Legal marks a significant step in his career trajectory.
