Fox Mandal & Associates, a prominent law firm, has announced the induction of Zeeshan Khan as a Partner in their Mumbai office. Khan will lead the Banking & Finance practice for Mumbai and the broader Western India region.
Zeeshan Khan, who completed his law degree from Gujarat National Law University in 2010, brings over 16 years of extensive experience in corporate law, banking, finance, restructuring, and insolvency. He has been instrumental in advising key stakeholders including lenders, borrowers, investors, and financial institutions, along with private credit platforms on numerous complex domestic and international transactions. His expertise spans significant financing and restructuring projects across India, showcasing a robust understanding of the sector.
Before his tenure at Fox Mandal & Associates, Khan was a Partner at notable law firms such as Luthra & Luthra and Krishnamurthy & Co. He has also practiced with other leading firms including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB & Partners, DSK Legal, and Dentons Link Legal. Khan’s diverse experience is further enriched by his role as an in-house legal counsel at Union Bank of India.
