Avtar Steel Limited has submitted a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as it prepares for an initial public offering (IPO). The proposed offering includes a fresh issue of equity shares amounting to ₹585 crore, alongside an offer for sale of up to 5,000,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder.
