Hiral Motta has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice based in Mumbai. With a law degree from the Government Law College in Mumbai, which she obtained in 2005, Motta brings over two decades of experience in the real estate sector.
Motta has played a key role in various real estate transactions, including those involving Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), acquisition of agricultural lands, and the drafting of transaction documents related to acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. Her extensive experience is expected to bolster the firm’s capabilities in handling complex real estate matters.
Hiral Motta initially joined the former Amarchand Mangaldas in 2007, and her career trajectory includes serving as Vice President Legal for the Commercial vertical at K Raheja Corp. Her return to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the firm’s real estate offerings.
