Iscon Balaji Foods Private Limited has successfully secured $215 million in its Series A funding round, spearheaded by Advent International with participation from 360 One Asset. This infusion of capital is poised to bolster the company’s manufacturing capabilities, fuel product development, and expand its reach in international markets.
Advent International Leads Investment
The investment was spearheaded by Advent International, which committed $150 million to the funding round. This investment was structured through a combination of primary capital infusion and the secondary acquisition of shares. JSA Advocates & Solicitors took the lead in advising Advent International on this significant transaction.
