In a significant move within the cybersecurity sector, Vobis Ventures has successfully acquired the advisory, consulting, and transformation project-based services business from Optiv Security. Post-acquisition, this division will continue its operations under the name Optiv Consulting, maintaining its status as a major player in the cybersecurity landscape.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors played a pivotal role in facilitating this acquisition, providing comprehensive legal advice to Vobis Ventures throughout the process. The transaction was expertly handled by a team of seasoned legal professionals including Partners Anand Lakra and Prateek Mohapatra, along with Senior Associate Shikha Tripathi, Principal Associate Jinay Shah, Senior Associate Sukeshi Singh, Associate Nishi Shah, Associate Rahi Barfiwala, and Consultant Shubham Barua.
