In a significant move in the virtual dining industry, Dil Foods has successfully secured ₹72 crore through a Series B funding round. This round was led by the family office of Bikaji Foods, with additional contributions from Alteria Capital and existing investors V3 Ventures and MJV Ventures.

NovoJuris Legal played a pivotal advisory role in this transaction. The legal team from NovoJuris was spearheaded by Sharda Balaji, the Founding and Managing Partner, alongside Ashwin Bhat, the Deputy Managing Partner, and Ritvik Joseph, Senior Associate.

Dil Foods, founded by Arpita Aditi and based in Bengaluru, operates as a virtual restaurant platform. It enhances the capabilities of local restaurant partners by leveraging technology, optimizing operations, and providing comprehensive supply chain support. The company runs multiple regional cuisine brands and has established a robust network of over 300 restaurant partners. This network extends across six cities, covering more than 340 pin codes.

The successful Series B fundraising marks a significant milestone for Dil Foods, enabling the company to further its mission of transforming the virtual dining landscape through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
