Adani Energy Solutions has successfully completed the acquisition of the entire equity share capital of IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹3,050 crore. This strategic acquisition was guided by legal expertise from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and TT&A.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented Adani Energy Solutions in this significant transaction. The legal team was spearheaded by Subhalakshmi Naskar, a Partner and Co-Head of the Projects (Infrastructure) division, alongside Partner Ayushi Toshniwal.
