Job Description
PSA is on the lookout for a business-oriented lawyer who possesses a minimum of four years of substantive PQE in corporate law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing transactional advice and counseling to both Indian and international conglomerates on a wide array of business matters, particularly in commercial aspects.
This role involves comprehensive support in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity/venture capital (PE/VC) transactions. Prospective candidates should have the ability to draft, negotiate transaction documents, conduct due diligence, and manage transaction closings.
Candidate Expectations
Candidates must be well-versed with market trends, capable of handling multiple aspects of the work, and possess exceptional communication skills. The position offers a balance of responsibility and significant exposure in the legal arena.
