Rajanala Yella Reddy Returns to TLH Advocates & Solicitors as Partner

Rajanala Yella Reddy has rejoined TLH, Advocates & Solicitors, taking on the role of Partner at their offices in Vijayawada and Amaravati. Reddy, an alumnus of Jagarlamudi Chandramouli College of Law, Guntur, associated with Acharya Nagarjuna University, also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR) in collaboration with NALSAR University.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Reddy has honed his expertise in areas such as Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Employment and Labour Law, as well as General Corporate Advisory. His legal acumen extends to appearances before the High Courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), VAT Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Courts, and both civil and criminal courts. His case portfolio includes matters related to constitutional, commercial, contractual, arbitration, revenue, debt recovery, and intellectual property law.

In his legal career, Reddy has also served as Standing Counsel for Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and continues to represent the University Grants Commission. Moreover, he is empanelled with organizations such as NBCC (India) Limited, Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited, and KIOCL Limited for representation before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

Reddy’s previous association with TLH Advocates, then known as Tatva Legal, spanned five years. He also gained experience with IndusLaw, now CMS IndusLaw, before establishing his own firm, Yella Legal, Advocates, in 2018.

Expressing his enthusiasm about rejoining TLH, Reddy stated, “It is a privilege to return to TLH as the firm enters a defining phase of its growth. Its emergence as a nationally recognised practice, anchored in Hyderabad, allows us to bring depth and continuity to clients across Andhra Pradesh and the Amaravati region.
