Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited, operating as Snabbit, has successfully raised $56 million through a Series D funding round. This financial milestone was co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital and Mirae Asset Venture, with notable participation from FJ Labs, Nexus Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Bertelsmann India Investments.
The legal advisory team from JSA Advocates & Solicitors provided counsel to Snabbit during this funding process. The transaction was spearheaded by Siddharth Manchanda, Partner at JSA, with significant contributions from Senior Associate Aparimita Choudhary and Associate Tarun Pydah.
In a similar vein, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co extended their expertise to Mirae Asset Venture Investments, one of the lead investors in this round. Their legal team advised on various aspects of the transaction, which included reviewing the transaction structure, conducting due diligence, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating essential documents such as the share subscription agreement and shareholders’ agreement. The team also provided guidance on conditions precedent and closing mechanics. The transaction was led by Partner Harshita Srivastava, with assistance from Senior Associate Vidhisha Ambade and Associate Shambhavi Anand.
Phoenix Legal offered their advisory services to Nexus Venture Partners, an existing investor in Snabbit, during this funding round. The team was led by Partner Ashima Dewan and supported by Senior Associate Shrishti Sharma, with strategic insights from Partner Sumit Sinha.
Snabbit intends to utilize the newly acquired funds to expand into additional cities, bolster its market presence in existing locations, and enhance its technological and operational frameworks to accommodate growth and meet rising demand.
