In a significant transaction, Actis has successfully divested several of its highway assets, including the Darah Jhalawar Highway, Vadodara Kim Expressway, Calicut Expressway, Vindhyachal Expressway, and the Second Vivekananda Bridge Tollway to NXT-Infra Trust. The legal advisory for this transaction was provided by Anagram Partners.

The transaction was spearheaded by the adept team at Anagram Partners, with Simone Reis and Shwetank Chaubey, both partners at the firm, leading the charge. They were supported by Anupam Nayak, Senior Associate, along with Associates Kavya Nagamangala, Rahil Arora, and Kanishka Gunjiyal, who collectively ensured a seamless process.

NXT-Infra Trust, a SEBI-registered Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT), is the acquirer in this transaction. Sponsored by Actis Highway Infra Limited, NXT-Infra Trust is dedicated to investing in and managing road infrastructure assets across India. Its substantial portfolio includes 14 road stretches, covering over 2,000 lane-kilometers across key regions such as Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
