Real Estate Practice Opportunities
The successful candidate for the Real Estate practice will engage in a range of responsibilities including conducting title due diligence, facilitating acquisitions and disposals, drafting development agreements, and preparing conveyancing documentation. Responsibilities will encompass advising clients on dispute strategies, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and opinions, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Applicants should have strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills, alongside sound commercial judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution is beneficial. This role also offers substantial responsibility, client interaction, and collaboration with the Firm’s partners on intricate and high-stakes disputes.
