With a total of five vacancies, the firm seeks dedicated legal professionals with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Qualifications Required
Prospective candidates must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized institution and be enrolled with the Bar Council. A strong foundation in Arbitration, Civil Law, and Criminal Law is essential for success in this role. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, both written and spoken.
Job Responsibilities
Junior Associates at Ladda & Ladda will be engaged in a variety of legal tasks, including:
- Assisting in arbitration, civil, and criminal cases.
- Drafting legal documents such as notices, pleadings, petitions, applications, affidavits, and agreements.
- Conducting thorough legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
- Attending court hearings, arbitration sessions, and client meetings under guidance.
- Supporting senior advocates in case preparation and litigation management.
- Maintaining organized case files and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
