Maheshwari graduated in 2010 from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, and later obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Contracts from the prestigious National Law University, Delhi, in 2020. He is also a certified member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, showcasing his commitment to professional excellence.

With a robust career spanning over 15 years, Maheshwari brings a wealth of experience in handling intricate financial, regulatory, and strategic transactions within India’s Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and broader financial services sectors. His areas of expertise encompass capital markets, structured finance, digital lending partnerships, and strategic litigation, making him a valuable asset to his new team at Bajaj Finance.

Throughout his career, Maheshwari has successfully led initiatives in private equity and debt fundraising, adeptly navigating multi-party consortium and co-lending agreements.
