Rohit Ambast Joins JSA as Partner, Enhancing Corporate Practice

Rohit Ambast, previously a partner at CMS IndusLaw, has transitioned to JSA Advocates & Solicitors, taking on the role of Retained Partner in their Corporate practice. Based at the Gurugram office, Ambast brings extensive experience and a rich background in financial and commercial matters, having completed his education at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and Level I of the CFA Program.

With nearly 15 years of expertise, Ambast is well-versed in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, capital markets, and general corporate affairs. His client portfolio spans diverse industries such as insurance, financial services, fintech, healthcare, education, and energy.

Prior to joining JSA, Ambast held significant roles at CMS IndusLaw, Khaitan & Co, and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. At JSA, he will be instrumental in driving growth across various sub-practices within the Corporate division, aligning with the firm’s cohesive approach to corporate consultancy.
