Anupam Prasad Joins White & Brief as Partner in Corporate and Commercial Practice

Anupam Prasad has taken on the role of Partner at White & Brief in their Corporate and Commercial Practice division. A distinguished alumnus of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, class of 2006, Prasad brings with him nearly two decades of extensive experience in advising Indian multinational corporations, private equity funds, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs on complex domestic and international transactions. His expertise spans across key global markets including the US, UK, Germany, France, UAE, Korea, and Mauritius.

Prior to joining White & Brief, Prasad was at the helm of AP Law Chambers, a boutique corporate and commercial law firm which has now been integrated into White & Brief. His previous roles included being a Partner at IndusLaw and RDA Legal, as well as serving with esteemed firms like Khaitan & Co and Nishith Desai Associates.
