Laser Power & Infra Limited has successfully initiated an initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares, amounting to ₹742 crore. This IPO includes a fresh issue totaling ₹542 crore and an offer for sale comprising 9,345,793 equity shares, collectively valued at ₹200 crore, by Promoter Selling Shareholders Deepak Goel, Rakhi Goel, and Devesh Goel.
Law firm Trilegal played a pivotal role in advising Laser Power & Infra and the Promoter Selling Shareholders during this IPO process. The transaction was spearheaded by Partner Abhinav Maker, with vital support from Counsel Ajo Jomy and Associates Maniya Goyal, Debarpita Pande, Kalyan Reddy, and Varda Saxena.
