Trilegal, Khaitan & Co, and Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Facilitate INDO-MIM's ₹3,812 Crore IPO

INDO-MIM Limited successfully secured ₹3,812.12 crore through its initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares. This offering comprised a fresh issue of equity shares as well as an offer for sale by existing shareholders.

Trilegal provided legal counsel to INDO-MIM for this significant IPO. The transaction was spearheaded by Partner Vinay Sirohia, with key contributions from Senior Associates Pragya Gupta and Prajna Kariappa K., and Associates Sanath Rajesh and Esha Alex.

Khaitan & Co advised the book running lead managers involved in the IPO. These included HDFC Bank Limited, Axis Capital Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, and SBI Capital Markets. The Khaitan & Co team was led by Partner Thomas George, with support from Counsel Prathiksha Panduranga, Senior Associates Tharun Vadlapatla and Pooja Agarwal, and Associates Varun Nair and Anveeksha Anand.

In addition, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader served as the international legal counsel for the book running lead managers. This aspect of the transaction was managed by Biswajit Chatterjee, Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner, alongside Counsel Kaustubh George and Senior Associate Adita Rajput. Furthermore, US-based Partners Nancy O’Neil and Parikshit Dasgupta provided insights on US Tax and US Investment Funds matters.
