The following individuals have been elevated to Partner roles:

His proficiency extends to permanent establishment issues, M&A tax, and tax controversies.
- Thangadurai V.P, Taxation, Delhi-NCR: Specializing in direct tax litigation, M&A tax advisory, and direct tax opinions, Thangadurai has built a reputation for his adept handling of complex tax matters.
- Diptayon Basu, Real Estate, Bengaluru: Basu provides strategic counsel to developers, PE funds, institutional asset owners, and data center operators on transactions, including large-scale real estate acquisitions and joint development agreements.
- Manjul Mantri, Real Estate, Delhi-NCR: A pan-India real estate expert, Mantri advises infrastructure companies, developers, and financial institutions on both domestic and international projects.
- Nidhi Asher, Dispute Resolution, Mumbai: Asher has carved out a niche in handling cross-border sanctions work, international and domestic arbitration, and complex commercial disputes, with a focus on shareholder disputes and infrastructure projects.
