DMD Advocates has announced its 2026 round of promotions, advancing 26 professionals across its Delhi and Mumbai offices. This wave of promotions enhances the firm’s partner count to a total of 30. Notably, 15 of those promoted are women, underscoring the firm’s commitment to gender diversity.
Chaitanya Kaushik and Nikhita Suri have been elevated to the position of Partner, marking significant milestones in their legal careers. The firm has further strengthened its leadership team by promoting Anuj Shah, Kajal Tandon, Kunal Dutt, and Rishabh Sharma to the role of Associate Partner.
In addition, Atishree Sood, Daliya Singh, Shubhangi Bhatnagar, Viyushti Agarwal, and Pooja Shah have been promoted to Counsel. The role of Principal Associate has been awarded to Aishwarya Gupta, Manmeet Gulati, and Priyanka Hazarika. Moreover, Urvan Irani has joined the Mumbai office as a Principal Associate, bringing fresh insights and expertise to the team.
The firm’s Senior Associate ranks have been bolstered with the promotions of Raghav Dutt, Aditi Kumari, Aditi Shrivastava, Arnav Mithal, Disha Jain, Prakalathan Bathey, Sushmita Singh Chauhan, Tarang Saraogi, Tryambica Singh, and Vanshika Choraria.
In strategic roles, Avichal Sharma has been appointed as Manager – Strategy, while Prateek Vatsa steps into the role of Associate – Strategy. The firm had previously brought on Anand Mohan as Head of Strategy in May 2026, further enhancing its strategic capabilities.
