Kathuria’s extensive expertise encompasses various domains including corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity, as well as venture capital. His proficiency also extends to data protection and handling cross-border transactions across multiple sectors. This wide-ranging experience has equipped him with the skills to adeptly guide organizations through complex cross-border operations. His contributions have been pivotal in facilitating India market entries, coordinating compliance across multiple jurisdictions, strategizing regulatory approaches, negotiating commercial contracts, and providing continuous legal support.
Before joining AnantLaw, Kathuria held a senior leadership position at Ceridian in Singapore. His career also includes significant tenures with esteemed law firms in India, where he further honed his legal acumen.
