Prateek Srivastava has taken on the role of Associate General Counsel at Nestle India following a distinguished 14-year career at Hindustan Unilever. Srivastava, an alumnus of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in Lucknow, graduated in 2012. Throughout his career, he has carved a niche in regulatory compliance, risk management, and brand protection within the rapidly evolving FMCG sector.
Srivastava’s areas of specialization include Consumer Protection Laws, Employment and Labor Laws, Food Safety Regulations, Intellectual Property (IP), Brand Protection, Contract Management, Commercial Agreements, Dispute Resolution, and Statutory Compliance. He has a proven track record in litigation management, contract negotiation, conducting regulatory audits, and formulating policies that support corporate objectives.
Before joining Nestle India, Srivastava honed his skills at Hindustan Unilever, where he occupied several leadership positions across both India and Nepal. His extensive experience in the industry positions him as a formidable addition to the Nestle India legal team.
