Based in New Delhi, Bhatia brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having graduated from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, in 2014 and being an esteemed member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
With a career spanning approximately 12 years, Bhatia has an extensive background in advising on venture capital and private equity transactions. Her expertise includes early-stage and growth-stage investments in start-ups, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), regulatory affairs, and structured exits. Her role at King Stubb & Kasiva will involve collaboration with the firm’s Corporate and M&A, Banking & Finance, and Regulatory practices to provide a comprehensive suite of services throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Before joining King Stubb & Kasiva, Bhatia was an Associate Partner at MetaLaw Offices for over three years. Her transition to King Stubb & Kasiva marks a significant enhancement of the firm’s capabilities in handling complex corporate transactions.
